Article 99

Before 1 December of each calendar year, each TSO shall: finalise the year-ahead outage coordination of internal relevant assets; and finalise the year-ahead availability plans for internal relevant assets and store them on the ENTSO for Electricity operational planning data environment. Before 1 December of each calendar year, the TSO shall provide to its outage planning agent the final year-ahead availability plan of each internal relevant asset. Before 1 December of each calendar year, the TSO shall provide to the relevant DSO the final year-ahead availability plan for each internal relevant asset located in a distribution system. Before 1 December of each calendar year, the TSO shall provide to the relevant CDSO the final year-ahead availability plan for each internal relevant asset located in a closed distribution system.
