1.

It shall be prohibited, in the territory of the Union, to accept or approve investment in any commercial activity, where such investment is made by: natural or legal persons, entities or bodies of the Government of the DPRK; the Workers' Party of Korea; nationals of the DPRK; legal persons, entities or bodies incorporated or constituted under the law of the DPRK; natural or legal persons, entities or bodies acting on behalf or at the direction of persons, entities or bodies referred to in (a) to (d); and natural or legal persons, entities or bodies owned or controlled by the natural or legal persons, entities or bodies referred to in (a) to (d).
