Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1509 of 30 August 2017 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and repealing Regulation (EC) No 329/2007 · European Union

By way of derogation from the prohibitions in Article 21(1) and (2), the competent authorities of the Member States may authorise the transactions mentioned in points (a) to (f) of Article 21(4) with a value above EUR 15000 or equivalent.
