In the event of a regional or Union emergency, the Commission may request that the competent authority referred to in paragraph 1 provide it without delay with at least: the information set out in paragraph 1; information on the measures planned to be undertaken and those already implemented by the competent authority to mitigate the emergency, and information on their effectiveness; the requests made for additional measures to be taken by other competent authorities; the measures implemented at the request of other competent authorities.
