The obligation of professional secrecy shall apply to the following persons who receive confidential information in accordance with this Regulation: persons who work or who have worked for the Commission; auditors and experts instructed by the Commission; persons who work or who have worked for the competent authorities and the national regulatory authorities or for other relevant authorities; auditors and experts instructed by competent authorities and national regulatory authorities or by other relevant authorities.
