Article 114

Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1939 of 12 October 2017 implementing enhanced cooperation on the establishment of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (‘the EPPO’) · European Union

The College, on the proposal of the European Chief Prosecutor, shall adopt in particular: on an annual basis, the programming document containing annual and multi-annual programming of the EPPO; an anti-fraud strategy, which is proportionate to the fraud risks having regard to the cost-benefit of the measures to be implemented; rules on the conditions of employment, performance criteria, professional insufficiency, rights and obligations of the European Delegated Prosecutors, including rules on the prevention and management of conflicts of interest; detailed rules concerning the application of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 in the activities of the EPPO; implementing rules referred to in Article 24(8) of Regulation (EC) No 45/2001.
