Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1939 of 12 October 2017 implementing enhanced cooperation on the establishment of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (‘the EPPO’) · European Union

The Administrative Director acting as the authorising officer of the EPPO, shall implement its budget under his/her own responsibility and within the limits authorised in the budget.
