Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/2188 of 11 August 2017 amending Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the waiver on own funds requirements for certain covered bonds (Text with EEA relevance. ) · European Union

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 January 2018.
