‘(66) “securitisation special purpose entity” or “SSPE” means a securitisation special purpose entity or SSPE as defined in point (2) of Article 2 of Regulation (EU) 2017/2402; (67) “tranche” means a tranche as defined in point (6) of Article 2 of Regulation (EU) 2017/2402;’;
