Die Mitgliedstaaten treffen die erforderlichen Maßnahmen, um sicherzustellen, dass die in Artikel 3 Absätze 1 und 5 genannten Straftaten mit einer Freiheitsstrafe im Höchstmaß von mindestens vier Jahren geahndet werden.
