N = reference year; Q_(N(norm)) = normalised electricity generated by all offshore wind power plants of the Member State in year N, for accounting purposes; Q_(i) = the quantity of electricity actually generated in year i by all offshore wind power plants of the Member State measured in GWh; C_(j) = the total installed capacity of all the offshore wind power plants of the Member State at the end of year j, measured in MW; n = 4 or the number of years preceding year N for which capacity and production data are available for the Member State in question, whichever is lower.
