Directive (EU) 2018/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2018 on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources (recast) (Text with EEA relevance.) · European Union

Emissions of CO_(2) from fuel in use, e_(u,) shall be taken to be zero for biomass fuels. Emissions of non-CO_(2) greenhouse gases (CH_(4) and N_(2)O) from the fuel in use shall be included in the e_(u) factor.
