Emission savings from CO_(2) capture and geological storage, e_(ccs), that have not already been accounted for in e_(p), shall be limited to emissions avoided through the capture and storage of emitted CO_(2) directly related to the extraction, transport, processing and distribution of biomass fuel if stored in compliance with Directive 2009/31/EC.
