Directive (EU) 2018/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2018 on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources (recast) (Text with EEA relevance.) · European Union

The power to adopt delegated acts referred to in the fifth subparagraph of Article 7(3) shall be conferred on the Commission for a period of two years from 24 December 2018.
