Test to be performed only with the complete/completed vehicle. The vehicle can be tested in accordance with Directive 70/157/EEC. Concerning point 5.2.2.1 of Annex I to Directive 70/157/EEC, the following limit values are applicable: 81 dB(A) for vehicles with an engine power of less than 75 kW; 83 dB(A) for vehicles with an engine power of not less than 75 kW but less than 150 kW; 84 dB(A) for vehicles with an engine power of not less than 150 kW.
