2. The criteria for the categorisation of vehicles, types of vehicle, variants and versions are set out in Annex I. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 82, amending Annex I in relation to the types of vehicle and types of bodywork to take account of technical progress.
