1. The Forum on Access to Vehicle Information regarding access to vehicle OBD information and vehicle repair and maintenance information, established in accordance with Article 13(9) of Commission Regulation (EC) No 692/2008 (20), shall also cover all vehicles within the scope of this Regulation. It shall carry out its activities in accordance with Annex X to this Regulation.
