1. Technical services shall inform the designating type-approval authority of the following: any non-conformity encountered which may require the refusal, restriction, suspension or withdrawal of a type-approval certificate; any circumstances affecting the scope of and conditions for their designation; any request for information which they have received from market surveillance authorities regarding their activities.
