6. Subcontracting the assessment

6.1. The competent authority may subcontract parts of the assessment to another competent authority or ask for support from technical experts provided by other competent authorities. The subcontractors and experts have to be accepted by the applicant technical service. 6.2. The competent authority shall take into account accreditation certificates with adequate scope in order to complete its global assessment of the technical service.
