Regulation (EU) 2018/1092 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 July 2018 establishing the European Defence Industrial Development Programme aiming at supporting the competitiveness and innovation capacity of the Union's defence industry · European Union

The Commission shall, by means of implementing acts, award the funding for selected actions after each call or after application of Article 190 of Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1268/2012. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 13(2).
