As regards the mechanism for the pooling and sharing referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, the Commission may adopt implementing acts laying down detailed rules with regard to: the rules and procedures in accordance with which the Agency and the national competent authorities request, receive or provide assistance through that mechanism; the rules and procedures for the authorisations of and the detailed rules applicable to the European aviation inspectors when they are providing such assistance; the rules and procedures for the fixing and collection of the fees referred to in paragraph 4 of this Article. Those implementing acts shall be adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 127(3).
