where available, quantitative estimates of the effects on emissions by sources and removals by sinks of GHGs broken down into: the results of ex ante assessments of the effects of individual or groups of policies and measures on the mitigation of climate change. Estimates shall be provided for a sequence of four future years ending with 0 or 5 immediately following the reporting year, with a distinction between GHG emissions covered by Directive 2003/87/EC, Regulation (EU) 2018/842 and Regulation (EU) 2018/841, the results of ex post assessments of the effects of individual or groups of policies and measures on the mitigation of climate change where available, with a distinction between GHG emissions covered by Directive 2003/87/EC, Regulation (EU) 2018/842 and Regulation (EU) 2018/841;
