By 31 July 2021 and every year thereafter (year X), Member States shall report to the Commission information on the use of revenues generated by the Member State by auctioning allowances pursuant to Article 10(1) and Article 3d(1) or (2) of Directive 2003/87/EC, including the information specified in Part 3 of Annex VIII.
