Member States shall ensure that national competition authorities, their officials, staff and other persons working under the supervision of those authorities, do not disclose information that was acquired on the basis of the powers referred to in this Directive and that is of the kind covered by the obligation of professional secrecy, except where such disclosure is allowed under national law.
