(82) Annex I to Directive 2009/22/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council Directive 2009/22/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2009 on injunctions for the protection of consumers' interests (OJ L 110, 1.5.2009, p. 30). should be amended to include a reference to this Directive so as to ensure that the collective interests of consumers laid down in this Directive are protected.
