Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 April 2019 on the accessibility requirements for products and services (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Member States shall establish, implement and periodically update adequate procedures in order to: check the compliance of services with the requirements of this Directive, including the assessment referred to in Article 14 for which Article 19(2) shall apply mutatis mutandis; follow up complaints or reports on issues relating to non-compliance of services with the accessibility requirements of this Directive; verify that the economic operator has taken the necessary corrective action.
