Directive (EU) 2019/904 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 June 2019 on the reduction of the impact of certain plastic products on the environment (Text with EEA relevance) · European Union

Member States shall define in a clear way the roles and responsibilities of all relevant actors involved. With regard to packaging, those roles and responsibilities shall be defined in line with Directive 94/62/EC.
