Directive (EU) 2019/944 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 June 2019 on common rules for the internal market for electricity and amending Directive 2012/27/EU (recast) (Text with EEA relevance.) · European Union

The regulatory authority located in the Member State in which a regional coordination centre has its seat shall have the power to impose effective, proportionate and dissuasive penalties on the regional coordination centre where it does not comply with its obligations under this Directive, Regulation (EU) 2019/943 or any relevant legally binding decisions of the regulatory authority or of ACER, or shall have the power to propose that a competent court impose such penalties.
