Article 15 is amended as follows: paragraph 5 is amended as follows: the first and second subparagraphs are deleted; the third subparagraph is replaced by the following: ‘Transmission system operators and distribution system operators shall comply with the requirements set out in Annex XII.’; paragraph 8 is deleted;
