(89) Member States and the Contracting Parties to the Treaty establishing the Energy Community OJ L 198, 20.7.2006, p. 18. should cooperate closely on all matters concerning the development of an integrated electricity trading region and should take no measures that endanger the further integration of electricity markets or the security of supply of Member States and Contracting Parties.
