Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law · European Union
This Directive shall not affect the application of Union or national law relating to any of the following: the protection of classified information; the protection of legal and medical professional privilege; the secrecy of judicial deliberations; rules on criminal procedure.
