In point (a) of Article 7(1) of Directive 2009/65/EC, point (iii) is replaced by the following: irrespective of the amount of those requirements, the own funds of the management company must at no time be less than the amount prescribed in Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2033 of the European Parliament and of the Council (*6).
