Article 2 is amended as follows: paragraphs 2 and 3 are deleted; in paragraph 5, point (1) is deleted; paragraph 6 is replaced by the following: ‘6. The entities referred to in points (3) to (24) of paragraph 5 of this Article shall be treated as financial institutions for the purposes of Article 34 and Title VII, Chapter 3.’;
