Väkevä glögi or spritglögg is a spirit drink produced by flavouring wine or wine products and ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin with the flavour of cloves or cinnamon or both, using one of the following processes or a combination thereof: maceration or distillation, distillation of the alcohol in the presence of parts of the plants specified above, addition of natural flavouring substances of cloves or cinnamon.
