Regulation (EU) 2019/834 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 May 2019 amending Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 as regards the clearing obligation, the suspension of the clearing obligation, the reporting requirements, the risk-mitigation techniques for OTC derivative contracts not cleared by a central counterparty, the registration and supervision of trade repositories and the requirements for trade repositories (Text with EEA relevance.) · European Union

in Article 65, paragraph 2 is amended as follows: in point (a), ‘EUR 20000’ is replaced by ‘EUR 200000’; point (b) is replaced by the following:, ‘(b) for the infringements referred to in points (a), (b) and (d) to (k) of Section I of Annex I, and in points (a), (b) and (h) of Section II of Annex I, the amounts of the fines shall be at least EUR 5000 and shall not exceed EUR 100000.’; the following point is added: ‘(c) for the infringements referred to in Section IV of Annex I, the amounts of the fines shall be at least EUR 5000 and shall not exceed EUR 10000.’;
