Article 17

ACER shall be composed of: an Administrative Board, which shall exercise the tasks set out in Article 19; a Board of Regulators, which shall exercise the tasks set out in Article 22; a Director, who shall exercise the tasks set out in Article 24; and a Board of Appeal, which shall exercise the tasks set out in Article 28.
