adopt and publish the annual report on ACER's activities, on the basis of the draft annual report referred to in point (i) of Article 24(1), and shall submit that report to the European Parliament, the Council, the Commission, and the Court of Auditors by 1 July of each year. The annual report on ACER's activities shall contain an independent section, approved by the Board of Regulators, concerning ACER's regulatory activities during that year;
