Where a case has been referred to ACER under paragraph 10, ACER: shall issue a decision within six months of the date of referral, or within four months thereof in cases pursuant to Article 4(7) of this Regulation or point (c) of Article (59)(1) or point (f) of Article 62(1) of Directive (EU) 2019/944; and may, if necessary, provide an interim decision to ensure that security of supply or operational security is protected.
