16. Preparation of seasonal adequacy assessments

Regulation (EU) 2019/943 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 June 2019 on the internal market for electricity (recast) (Text with EEA relevance.) · European Union

If the ENTSO for Electricity delegates this function pursuant to Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2019/941, regional coordination centres shall carry out regional seasonal adequacy assessments. The preparation of seasonal adequacy assessments shall be carried out on the basis of the methodology developed pursuant to Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2019/941.
