Regional coordination centres shall support the transmission system operators in the system operation region in carrying out the consistency assessment of transmission system operators' defence plans and restoration plans pursuant to the procedures set out in the network code on electricity emergency and restoration adopted on the basis of Article 6(11) of Regulation (EC) No 714/2009.
