6. Post-operation and post-disturbances analysis and reporting

Regional coordination centres shall investigate and prepare a report on any incident above the threshold referred to in point 4.2. The regulatory authorities in the system operation region and ACER may be involved in the investigation upon their request. The report shall contain recommendations aiming to prevent similar incidents in future. Regional coordination centres shall publish the report. ACER may issue recommendations aiming to prevent similar incidents in future.
