By 5 January 2020, the ENTSO for Electricity shall submit to the Electricity Coordination Group set up under Article 1 of Commission Decision of 15 November 2012 Commission Decision of 15 November 2012 setting up the Electricity Coordination Group (OJ C 353, 17.11.2012, p. 2). and ACER a draft methodology for the European resource adequacy assessment based on the principles provided for in paragraph 5 of this Article.
