By 5 January 2020, the ENTSO for Electricity shall submit to ACER a draft methodology for calculating: the value of lost load; the cost of new entry for generation, or demand response; and the reliability standard referred to in Article 25. The methodology shall be based on transparent, objective and verifiable criteria.
