By 5 July 2020 the ENTSO for Electricity shall submit to ACER: a methodology for calculating the maximum entry capacity for cross-border participation as referred to in paragraph 7; a methodology for sharing the revenues referred to in paragraph 9; common rules for the carrying out of availability checks referred to in point (b) of paragraph 10; common rules for determining when a non-availability payment is due; terms of the operation of the registry as referred to in point (a) of paragraph 10; common rules for identifying capacity eligible to participate in the capacity mechanism as referred to in point (a) of paragraph 10. The proposal shall be subject to prior consultation and approval by ACER in accordance with Article 27.
