Regional coordination centres shall develop a process for stakeholder involvement and shall organise regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss matters relating to the efficient, secure and reliable operation of the interconnected system and to identify shortcomings and propose improvements. The ENTSO for Electricity and regional coordination centres shall operate in full transparency towards stakeholders and the general public. They shall publish all relevant documentation on their respective websites.
