Article 67

Text with EEA relevance.

Regulation (EU) 2019/943 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 June 2019 on the internal market for electricity (recast) (Text with EEA relevance.) · European Union

The Commission shall be assisted by the committee set up by Article 68 of Directive (EU) 2019/944. That committee shall be a committee within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011. Where reference is made to this paragraph, Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No 182/2011 shall apply.
