Für die Zwecke der Absätze 1, 2 und 3 dieses Artikels findet das System zum raschen Informationsaustausch (RAPEX - Rapid Information Exchange System) gemäß Artikel 12 der Richtlinie 2001/95/EG Anwendung. Artikel 12 Absätze 2, 3 und 4 jener Richtlinie gelten entsprechend.
