Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft. Sie gilt ab dem 16. Juli 2021. Die Artikel 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 und 36 gelten dagegen ab dem 1. Januar 2021.
