The PEPP provider shall include in the notification the following information and documents: standard contract terms of the PEPP contract, as referred to in Article 4, including the annex for the new sub-account; the PEPP KID, containing the specific requirements for the sub-account corresponding to the new sub-account in accordance with point (g) of Article 28(3); the PEPP Benefit Statement referred to in Article 36; information about contractual arrangements referred to in Article 19(2), where applicable.
