‘PEPP distributor’ means a financial undertaking as referred to in Article 6(1) authorised to distribute PEPPs not manufactured by it, an investment firm providing investment advice, or an insurance intermediary as defined in point (3) of Article 2(1) of Directive (EU) 2016/97 of the European Parliament and of the Council Directive (EU) 2016/97 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20 January 2016 on insurance distribution (OJ L 26, 2.2.2016, p. 19). ;
